I want to give my five star review for the fantastic job AFEC did diagnosing my dad’s detached retina.
If it wasn’t for the fast action of Natalee Matos, my dad could have lost all eyesight in that eye. She not only open the clinic after hours, but performed the diagnostic tests necessary to detect his problem. They also recommended us to the surgeon who was able to perform the surgery to reattach his retina…SO grateful for such a competent staff and clinic.

My first appointment here was amazing! The staff is so professional and kind! Dr. Ross worked with me to help me find what was best for my aging eyes! I truly appreciated the time and thorough explanation of all details! I have a new eye doctor and I am very happy!

As ALWAYS, the service provided was excellent from the time I walked in the door until my appointment was complete and I walked back out the door. The staff is friendly and gracious and the facility itself is bright, clean and well equipped. I am always treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Sam is the best. We drive approximately 200 miles each way for the privilege of being seen at this office by this wonderful team headed by Dr. Sam. Thank you one and all.

This is a real review. Can't say enough good things about Dr Ross and his staff. Dr Ross is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. The entire patient process was seamless and painless. Appointments are easy to get, and when you show up you are seen immediately with very little wait time. They issued timely appointment reminders with both a text service, and a real person who calls you on the phone. The treatment I received was outstanding.

I cannot say enough about how Dr. Ross goes out of his way to provide quality care. I had some issues with my glasses and he fixed me right up (and fast). The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. I appreciate all this office has done. My glasses are my lifeline, really. So, having a quality eye doctor is so important to me. Thank you!

Office staff and optometrist Dr. Wilkerson are amazing. They did a wonderful job diagnosing my mother’s cataracts and got her scheduled for a work up the next day. The office has done all her follow up care and answered all her questions. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Wilkerson.​​​​​​​
