Exchange and Returns

If the frames you purchased don’t live up to your expectations, a one time exchange is available within the first 30 days of purchase. If the new frame order exceeds the original order cost, all you have to do is pay the difference. If the lenses need changing because of an adjustment to your prescription, we will be glad to provide you with replacement lenses at no additional charge in the first 30 days. Some restrictions may apply.

Extended Warranty

If your frame or lenses are defective and haven’t been subject to obvious destruction, but your frame is broken, your lenses scratched, or your coating is peeling or faded, etc – your purchase will be covered by the AFEC warranty.

A one year warranty comes standard for all frames purchased from the AFEC showroom.
