Coverage Policies


It’s easy to get excited about an attractive pair of frames when you’re at the store. They look so great on the shelf, you find yourself desperately wanting to take them home. Unfortunately, love at first sight doesn’t always work out, which is why we offer a convenient return policy. At Advanced Family Eye Care, if you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason, you are encouraged to return it within the first 30 days for a full refund. Happy endings do exist.


If the frames you purchased don’t live up to your expectations, a one time exchange is available within the first 30 days of purchase. If the new frame order exceeds the original order cost, all you have to do is pay the difference. (or we’ll credit you for a pair that costs less) And if it’s the lenses that need changing because of an adjustment to your prescription, we will be glad to provide you with replacement lenses at no additional charge.

Extended Warranty

We didn’t invent the no-questions-asked return policy. Or the 30 day product exchange. Something we can lay claim to? One of the only extended product warranty’s around. If your frame or lenses are defective and haven’t been subject to obvious destruction, but your frame is broken, your lenses scratched, or your coating is peeling or faded, etc – your purchase will be covered by the AFEC warranty.

A one year warranty comes standard for all frames purchased from the AFEC showroom. A two year warranty is offered if an Antiglare coating is added to lens.
